Cancellation policy

We understand that cancellation may be unavoidable. Should you cancel your position on the course, your payment will be refunded according to the following schedule:

 cancellations received more than 2-weeks before the course start date, full course fee will be refunded less a $110 (inclusive of GST) administration fee

 cancellations received less than 2-weeks before the course start date will be ineligible for a refund

 your course position is fully transferrable to another person if notification of transfer is received at the same time as the cancellation

MPE reserves the right to cancel the course 3-weeks before said start date if there are insufficient confirmed course attendees to make the course viable for both participants and instructors.

A full course refund will be given in such circumstances.
